  • Negotiate all terms of offer on Seller’s behalf

Contract Accepted – Pending Period

  • Provide HOA docs to Buyer’s agent if applicable
  • Receive and deposit earnest money to escrow account
  • Coordinate and advise on how to prepare for inspection
  • Evaluate requested repairs and negotiate on behalf of Seller
